Jason "Luckduck" Lawhun opened to 172 under-the-gun and was called by "BBMKBB" just behind. "MrBoulardii" then squeezed to 860 in middle position and Ted "dobyg" Gillis cold-called in the lojack. Lawhun folded but "BBMKBB" called.

The flop came {j-Diamonds}{j-Spades}{6-Clubs} and it was checked to "MrBoulardii", who continued for 1,421. Gillis called "BBMKBB" folded.

"MrBoulardii" bet again on the {8-Clubs} turn — this time for 6,925. Gillis again called.

The {q-Diamonds} completed the board and "MrBoulardii" checked — prompting a 9,767 bet from Gillis. "MrBoulardii" folded and Gillis scooped the sizable pot.

Watson Gets Quads Early

"CishnFhips" limped from the lojack and George "Star_Wolf_64" Vellucci raised to 160 next-to-act. Steven "Resilient85" Watson called in the cutoff and "RecRob" called from the big blind. "CishnFhips" folded.

Action checked to Vellucci, who bet 375 on the {j-Hearts}{5-Diamonds}{5-Clubs} flop. Only Watson called.

Vellucci continued firing on the {8-Clubs} turn — this time for 999. Watson again called.

The {7-Spades} completed the board and Vellucci bet 2,775. Watson responded by raising to 9,403.

Vellucci called and Watson tabled {5-Hearts}{5-Spades} for flopped quads and took down the pot.

Today features the third online event of the 2021 World Series of Poker with Online Event #3: WSOP.com No-Limit Hold'em Ultra Deepstack, which is set to begin at 5:30 p.m. local time.

The $400 buy-in tournament starts players with 50,000 in chips and begins at 20/40 blind levels, which increase every 15 minutes. Players will get five-minute breaks at the top of each hour and may rebuy up to two times for the first 235 minutes (~9:25 p.m.)

One week ago, "NJ_AcesmarkA" took down Online Bracelet $500 NL Hold’em BIG 500 after topping a 742-player field to take home a cool $89,356 in addition to a gold bracelet.

With about an hour to go until play begins, there are already 138 players registered, which is sure to increase steadily throughout the late-registration period.
