Heinzl Doesn't Throw In The Towel Just Yet

Niveau 6 : 300/600, 600 ante

With a beach towel wrapped round his waist, Joshua Heinzl raised to 1,400 from early position. He was called in multiple spots, with middle position, the button and both of the blinds coming along for the ride.

The flop ran out {5-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{7-Clubs} and action checked to Heinzl. He led for 2,600, and the middle position player and the big blind both saw a turn with him.

The {6-Diamonds} on the turn was checked by the big blind, and Heinzl pushed the rest of his stack forward for 16,700. The middle position player tanked for a considerable time before eventually folding, leading to a sigh from the big blind. A slightly shorter tank later, and it was cards over as Heinzl was called.

Joshua Heinzl: {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs}
Big Blind: {3-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}

Heinzl was ahead with the flopped flush, but any pair on the board would see him eliminated.

The river came {8-Clubs} though, no help for his opponent, and Heinzl more than doubled up.
