Justin Liberto raised under the gun to 2,400 and the button three-bet to 5,000 before Kathrine Brandt, in the blinds, shoved for her last 7,200. Liberto folded but the button called to create the following showdown:

Kathrine Brandt: {7-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}
Opponent: {10-Hearts}{10-Diamonds}

Brandt was in terrible shape for the double up but the board brought {7-Hearts}{3-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{9-Clubs}{6-Hearts}, giving her a set of sevens on the flop.

May Gets Value

Niveau 9 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante
Heidi May
Heidi May

The player in the hijack opened to 2,400 and it was called by Heidi May on the button and the big blind player.

The flop showed {6-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{q-Spades} and it checked to the hijack who continued for 5,000. Both May and the big blind called to see a {k-Hearts} on the turn. This time the three players checked.

A {10-Spades} fell on the river and it checked again to the hijack who sent 5,000 in the middle. May took a minute and raised it to 15,000. The big blind folded but the hijack made the call with {q-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds}, only to discover {k-Spades}{4-Spades} in May's hand for the flush.

The winner of the 2017 World Series of Poker Ladies Championship is now in front of a stack of more than 100,000 chips.
