Action folded to Georgios Sotiropoulos on the button who raised. Christopher Heafner three-bet out of the small blind and Ray Villaman called for the rest of his chips in the big blind. Sotiropoulos made the call to send the three players to the first draw.
Heafner stood pat while Villaman drew three and Sotiropoulos one. Heafner bet and Sotiropoulos called to generate a side pot.
On the second draw both Heafner and Villaman stood pat. Sotiropoulos took one. Heafner led out for a second time and was again called by Sotiropoulos.
The final draw saw Heafner stand pat for a third time and both Villaman and Sotiropoulos take one card. Action checked through and Heafner showed . Sotiropoulos mucked as did Villaman, who just missed out on making the final three tables.

Villaman took one card while Heafner drew two after which Villaman shoved his last few chips into the middle and was officially at risk once Heafner made the call.
On the second draw Villaman took another card while Heafner stood pat. The final draw saw a reversal of action, with Villaman standing pat and Heafner opting to draw one. Villaman showed down a nine-eight much to the chagrin of Heafner who exclaimed that he had broken a nine-seven. Villaman was not safe yet, however, but Heafner, holding a deuce in is hand, peeled a second two to ensure that Villaman survived.
Action folded to Hieu Luu in the small blind who raised. Benny Glaser in the big blind responded with a three-bet and was called by Luu.
Both players took a single card on the first draw. Luu checked to the initial aggressor and then called a bet from Glaser.
On the second draw both players once again drew one card each. The betting pattern was the same as after the first draw, with Luu check-calling a bet from Glaser.
The final draw saw Luu take another card while Glaser stood pat. Luu then led into Glaser who snapped him off and showed down , which was good enough to take down the pot.
Denis Nesterenko raised from the cutoff and Caleb Shumard essentially moved himself all in.
Shumard drew two and Nesterenko drew one.
Then Shumard drew one again and Nesterenko stood pat.
Shumard drew one on the final draw and Nesterenko stayed pat. Shumard missed his draw and mucked his hand as he was eliminated as Nesterenko showed his .
