Stroke of Luck as Ace-King Tops Kings for Big Pot

Niveau 8 : 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

The player under the gun opened for 3,000 and a player in early position called. Sean Stroke raised to 9,500 and the big blind moved all-in.

After the first two players left the hand, Stroke called for 47,700 more and was way behind.

Sean Stroke: {a-Hearts}{k-Hearts}
Big Blind: {k-Clubs}{k-Diamonds}

Although Stroke had work to do, he had his opponent drawing nearly dead on the {8-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} flop.

The board completed with a {q-Clubs} and a {3-Hearts} to give Stroke the 122,000-chip pot and keep him alive in the tournament.

His opponent was left with roughly 60,000 behind.

Eisenberg's Sneaky Bluff Gets Opponent to Fold Better

Niveau 7 : 500/1,000, 1,000 ante

With action on Joshua Eisenberg from the big blind against his early position table mate, he had the clock called on him. The pot was already 30,000 and his opponent had bet 25,000 chips on a {3-Diamonds}{8-Spades}{7-Spades}{5-Hearts}{4-Hearts} board.

With the tournament director giving him 30 seconds, as the count got to just one second left, Eisenberg raised to 50,000.

Someone at the table pointed and asked ''That's a raise?'' to which Eisenberg nodded. His opponent didn't expect a raise after that much time and went into the tank, himself.

In the end, Eisenberg's opponent folded face up showing {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds} and Eisenberg proudly flipped over {q-Spades}{9-Spades}, for a missed flush and straight draw turned bluff.

''I knew I should just trust me read!'' exclaimed Eisenberg as he took this one down and moved near the top of the chip counts.

Josh Williamson opened to 2,200 in early position and was raised to 6,000 by the button. Williamson then went all-in for a total of 28,500 and was instantly called.

Josh Williamson: {a-Clubs}{k-Spades}
Button: {q-Hearts}{q-Spades}

Paulina Loeliger
Paulina Loeliger

After getting it in pre-flop from the button against the small blind, Paulina "Poker Bunny" Loeliger needed help.

Paulina ''Poker Bunny'' Loeliger: {k-Clubs}{q-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-}{k-}

She needed it on a {a-Diamonds}{a-Spades}{2-Clubs} flop. With just 1.62% chance of winning, the turn {10-Diamonds} and river {j-Hearts} brought in the miracle runout, doubling her up, close to starting stack.

Players at her table erupted into a sound that could be heard across Paris Ballroom. She was getting up to leave but calmly sat down again in her chair.

On virtually similar stacks as his opponent in early position, Howard Mash was able to get all-in before the flop.

Howard Mash: {j-Clubs}{j-Spades}
Opponent: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}
