$10,000 Seven Card Stud Championship Begins Friday

Anthony Zinno
Anthony Zinno

The third Championship event of the 53rd World Series of Poker kicks off Friday with the start of Event #22: $10,000 Seven Card Stud Championship.

After surviving an onslaught of stud beasts (and a legendary Phil Hellmuth tirade), Anthony Zinno came away from last year’s event with his third gold bracelet and $182,872 after defeating 61 other players.

With entry numbers significantly up across the board so far this year, even creating some record-breaking fields, that number is sure to be surpassed as the elite of the mixed game world look to add their name to an illustrious list of champions in the history of this event through the years.
