Kane Kalas Eliminated in 18th Place ($5,114)

Niveau 21 : 10,000/20,000, 30,000 ante
Kane Kalas
Kane Kalas

Jonathan McGowan three-bet to 220,000 from the big blind and Kane Kalas called on the button. Both players took one.

McGowan then went into the tank for about two minutes before sliding forward a stack of chips, putting Kalas all in for his last 350,000.

Now it was Kalas' turn to tank for several minutes before he decided to save his chips for another hand.

A few hands later, Kalas moved all in from early position, Kenneth Po re-shoved from the small blind, and the rest of the table got out of the way.

"I hate to say you're drawing to a chop," Po said as he turned over {7-}{5-}{4-}{3-}{2-}.

"Oh, wow," Kalas said as he was left with a ten to hit the rail in 18th place.

Kyle Miholich open-shoved from the cutoff for his last 285,000 and Shawn Buchanan called for the exact same amount from the button. The blinds got out of the way and action was heads up with Miholich at risk.

Miholich drew one and Buchanan stood pat.

Shawn Buchanan: {10-}{9-}{7-}{5-}{3-}

Miholich took out his camera to record the slow peel and Buchanan leaned over to watch through the camera. It was {q-} and Buchanan's ten-nine held up to eliminate Miholich from the tournament in 19th place for $5,114.
