Welcome to Day 1 of the 2022 WSOP at Bally's and Paris and Las Vegas Event #30: $1,000 Pot Limit Omaha. The $1,000 buy-in has an 11:00 a.m. local start time that will give each player 20,000 starting chips and they will need to play 17 levels of 40 minutes to make it through to Day 2. Level 1 blinds are 100/100 with 100 big blind ante, so on-time players will start with 100 big blinds.

This event at the 2021 WSOP attracted 1,061 entries and created a prize pool of $951,410, with a first-place prize of $166,461. Dylan Weisman took home the first-place spoils and his maiden World Series of Poker gold bracelet by beating Craig Chait heads up who had to settle for $102,884.

This tournament will allow players two reentries while late registration is open, with late registration closing after 9 levels and a dinner break (approximately 6:55 p.m.). Players will get a 20-minute break after every three levels of play and one 75-minute dinner break after the ninth level.
