Stone Can't Beat Campbell

Niveau 11

Seven Card Stud

Robert Campbell: {x-}{x-}/{6-Diamonds}{7-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{k-Hearts}/{x-}
Kim Stone: {x-}{x-}/{k-Diamonds}{q-Spades}{2-Spades}{k-Clubs}/{x-}

Kim Stone called a bet from her nemesis Robert Campbell on fifth street before calling again on sixth.

Campbell put out another bet on seventh and Stone called. Campbell turned over {10-Hearts}{10-Spades}{9-Clubs} for a straight, beating Stone's two pair, kings and queens, with {q-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{8-Spades}.

"You're the worst," Stone told Campbell, still laughing despite seeing more of her chips vanish into Campbell's massive stack.

Gamble Applies Pressure

Niveau 11

Big O

Nathan Gamble defended his big blind over a pre-flop raise from the cutoff and saw a flop of {4-Clubs}{6-Clubs}{4-Spades}. Gamble checked over to his opponent and then called a bet of 2,200.

The turn came the {9-Spades} and Gamble checked again. The cutoff this time bet 6,000. The two-time bracelet winner asked to see how much his opponent had left before splashing in enough chips to put him all in.

His opponent, with about 12,000 behind, considered the decision for about a minute before giving up the pot.

Matusow Scoops Off Woods

Niveau 10

Badeucy

Mike Matusow and James Woods were involved in a three-way pot from the blinds against a player in the cutoff. They both drew two on the second draw, while their opponent took one.

After all three players checked, Matusow led out after taking one and only Woods called.

Matusow showed {4-Spades}{2-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}{3-Clubs}{8-Clubs} for an eight-low and a three-card Badugi. Woods turned over {6-Spades}{4-Hearts}{2-Diamonds} for his own, lesser Badugi before giving up the pot to Matusow.
