With registration closed the numbers are in. There was a whopping 5,549 entries today that generated a prize pool of $2,329,740.
That brings the total entries from the first three flights to 12,869 and pushed the total prize pool to $5,389,860, breaking the guarantee with another flight left to be played.
In the first hand after coming back from dinner, Josh Harrison and Spencer Simon got straight into the thick of it.
Harrison open-shoved in the under-the-gun position for 52,000. Simon took a moment before calling and the table folded round.
