Miller Victorious In Huge Cooler

Niveau 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

Two monster stacks clashed and got their chips in the middle. Rory Miller in the hijack and the small blind. Miller was the player at risk for 227,000 chips which was a massive 76 big blinds.

Rory Miller: {a-Diamonds}{a-Clubs}
Small Blind: {k-Diamonds}{k-Spades}

The small blind looked dejected when Miller turned over his cards whilst Miller couldn't contain his excitement.

An ace in the window on a flop {a-Spades}{10-Clubs}{7-Hearts} meant the small blind needed runner-runner to win the pot. But there was no help for small blind as the board ran {5-Spades}{j-Spades} and left the small blind with 12,000 chips and Miller coursing with adrenaline.

Living on the River

Niveau 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

Action was picked up after Mark Bernstein had moved all in and gotten one caller from a few seats to his right. With Bernstein the player at risk, the players tabled their hands.

Mark Bernstein: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}
Opponent: {5-Spades}{5-Clubs}

In a classic race, it looked like Bernstein's tournament run was about to come to an end when the board was {q-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{3-Hearts} after the turn. Then, the {k-Spades} hit the felt on the river.

"King on the river!" Bertstein exclaimed. "I'm living on the river!"

Kite Flying High Through Double Up

Niveau 13 : 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante

Walan Kite wasted little time in moving all in from the cutoff for 32,000. He got one caller in middle position and the two were off to the races.

Walan Kite: {7-Spades}{7-Hearts}
Opponent: {a-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}

"Classic Race," Kite said as the two tabled their hands.

The runout came {8-Clubs}{2-Spades}{6-Spades}{8-Diamonds}{6-Clubs}, offering no help to Kite's opponent, meaning his pocket sevens were still good. Kite scooped the pot and doubled his stack.

Benton Lands Knockout Punch

Niveau 12 : 1,000/2,500, 2,500 ante

With 16,000 in the middle and three players going to a flop of {k-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{4-Hearts}, Will Benton on the button bet 15,000 and was called by the big blind.

The cutoff raised to 50,000 leaving only 17,000 behind. Benton made the call and the big blind folded.

The cutoff checked the {8-Clubs} turn and Benton threw 20,000 chips in front of him. The cutoff made the call and was at risk.

Cutoff: {k-Hearts}{10-Hearts}
Will Benton: {a-Spades}{k-Diamonds}

The {j-Spades} on the river was no help for the cutoff who headed to the exit. Benton celebrated with some shadow boxing finishing with a devastating uppercut.
