Reichel Doubles Through Lendvai

Niveau 35 : 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Frank Reichel moved all in from under the gun for 3,725,000. Tamas Lendvai called in the big blind.

Frank Reichel: {k-Diamonds}{k-Spades}
Tamas Lendvai: {8-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}

Reichel was ahead and the flop of {k-Hearts}{j-Spades}{7-Hearts} kept Reichel ahead but Lendvai had back door hearts. However that was crushed by the {7-Spades} turn giving Reichel a full house and leaving Lendvai drawing dead. The river of {5-Clubs} was irrelevant.

Niveau 35 : 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

John Ypma opened from the button for 1,000,000. Tsir Saltsberg raised to 3,200,000, and Ypma made the call.

The {8-Diamonds} turn was checked before Ypma moved all in on the {8-Clubs} river. After a minute or two, Saltsberg folded, giving the pot to Ypma, who showed that he was playing the board, with his hole cards being {4-}{4-}.

Saltsberg Scores Big Double Up

Niveau 35 : 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante

Tsuf Saltsberg fired for 1,000,000 from the hijack. John Ciccarelli, just one hand removed from busting Patrick Truong, moved all in again. Saltsberg snap called as the player at risk with the effective stack of 10,700,000.

Tsuf Saltsberg: {q-Hearts}{q-Clubs}
John Ciccarelli: {j-Spades}{9-Spades}

Ciccarelli was going to need a lot of help to win the pot, and the {8-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}{2-Hearts} flop left him needing runner-runner to eliminate Saltsberg. The {k-Diamonds} turn locked up the pot, at which point Saltsberg celebrated and went to the rail to celebrate with his supporters, who have made themselves heard throughout the day. The {5-Hearts} river completed the board, and Saltsberg had the double up.

Action folded to the John Ciccarelli in the small blind, who moved all in for 9,250,000. Patrick Truong made the call from the big blind as the player at risk.

Patrick Truong: {q-Hearts}{6-Hearts}
John Ciccarelli: {10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds}

Truong seemed to be in good position to stay alive and double up when the {3-Diamonds}{q-Diamonds}{5-Spades} flop gave him top pair. The {4-Hearts} turn gave Ciccarelli a straight draw, and the {a-Hearts} river completed that draw. Ciccarelli let out a loud "YES!" as the river hit the felt. He scooped the pot, nearly doubling his stack, and sending Truong to the rail.

Jeremy Ausmus: {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}
Kohichi Manago: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}
