Chip and a Chair Vs Chip in a Beer

Niveau 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

Michael Ray shipped his stack of around 23,000 preflop and action folded around to L.eonard "LJ" Sande. There was then some table antics as Sande had accidentally dropped a 1,000 chip into his beer and there were different opinions on what do do with it.

"If you drink this beer, I'll call you," Sande joked.

"No I don't want the beer but you should slide that out if you call," Ray laughed .

Sande then called with some dry chips and the cards were tabled with Ray at risk.

Michael Ray: {a-Spades}{3-Diamonds}
Leonard Sande: {9-Clubs}{9-Spades}

The board ran out {10-Spades}{4-Spades}{q-Hearts}{8-Diamonds} and the {a-Clubs} on the river save Ray for a double up.

"I still want that chip, ill call the floor," Ray teased as he stacked his new chips

Tammel Creating Big Stack

Niveau 8 : Blinds 600/1,200, 1,200 ante

All the chips were in the middle preflop with the small blind at risk for 39,000 up against Tarmo Tammel in early position.

Small Blind: {a-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}
Tarmo Tammel: {k-Clubs}{k-Spades}

The flop of {q-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{3-Clubs} made it more unlikely for the small blind to win as one of their live outs was taken. The {k-Hearts} on the turn sealed the deal giving the Estonian Tammel a set and the {q-Diamonds} on the river improved them further for a boat.

Moon Rising Up The Leaderboard

Three players were all-in preflop The cutoff, the small blind and Dongwuk Moon in the big blind.

Small Blind: {k-Diamonds}{k-Spades}
Dongwuk Moon: {q-Hearts}{q-Diamonds}

A queen in the window on the completed board of {q-Spades}{8-Clubs}{j-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{5-Hearts} gave Moon a set which gave him an incredible triple-up and sent the small blind to the rail.

Baker Gets Double after a Good Sweat

Niveau 6 : Blinds 400/800, 800 ante

Joel Baker and his opponent managed to get it all in preflop and the cards were tabled.

Joel Baker: {q-Diamonds}{q-Spades}
Opponent: {j-Hearts}{j-Clubs}

This was a classic cooler, but the poker gods have to have a little fun as the flop came {a-Clubs}{5-Clubs}{3-Clubs}, which gave his opponent a flush draw for a good sweat.

But the runout of {2-Spades}{3-Spades} did not give his opponent the flush, and Baker won the hand for a nice double up as the other player headed for the rebuy line.
