Welcome to Day 1c of Event #71: $1,111 One More for One Drop

WSOP Bracelet
WSOP Bracelet

Welcome to the last opening day of Event #71: $1,111 One More For One Drop NLHE, from its new home at the 2022 WSOP at Bally's and Paris Las Vegas. With already 2,312 entries, this tournament could take on an even greater dimension thanks to this last introductory day.

After Day 1a, Renmei Liu finished chipleader with 445,500 while after Day 1b, Andre Santos finished with 456,000, almost the same stack.

For all the Main Event eliminated, this tournament could be a good way to digest that shattered dream, while moving on. And why not aim for the hundreds of thousands of dollars that there will be to win this tournament?

Players have two options when registering into the One Drop. They will receive 20,000 in chips for the $1,000 buy-in, and they can double their stack with a $111 donation at registration which goes directly to One Drop.

During Day 1c, the plan is to play through ten 60-minute levels, with a 15-minute break every two levels. There will also be a 75-minute dinner break after level 6 at approximately 6:40 p.m.

PokerNews will be on the ground, providing live updates from this last starting flight through to the moment when a new champion emerges, stay tuned!
