The pair on the flop wasn't enough to save Vlastaris but the queen that came on the river was and he took the pot down with trips for a nice double up.
Cary Katz shoved all in from under the gun for 230,000 and received a call from Axel Hallay in middle position. The remaining players got out of the way to let these two battle it out.

Preflop action had Brian Keith Ethridge raising to 80,000 and getting re-raised by Jonathan Borenstein's all-in for 550,000. Ethridge double checked his cards and called.
