Kevin Martin opened to 1,100 from early position and the cutoff, Laurids Nielsen on the button, and the big blind all made the call.

completed the board and the cutoff checked. Nielsen elected on a bet of 5,300 and after some thought the cutoff flicked in a chip for the call and was shown 
for flopped top-pair. The cutoff flashed 
for a worse kicker.
"Was that king-queen off", said Martin jokingly. "Is that not good enough?", replied Nielsen in a playful manner.
"I won't berate you for it", replied Martin as Nielsen stacked his chips.
