Jordison Shoves on Giannetti

Niveau 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Angela Jordison and Matt Giannetti went heads-up to a flop of {9-Hearts}{10-Spades}{j-Diamonds} when Jordison bet 5,000. Giannetti came back with a raise to 14,000 before Jordison announced she was all in for 46,300.

Giannetti went into the tank for several minutes, uncapping his cards to look at his hand multiple times while counting out the chips from his stack.

At one point, he picked up the chips needed to call the all in and seemed ready to put them in the middle before eventually deciding to fold.

Prokopchuk Wins Raising War

Niveau 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Mikhail Prokopchuk had 3,100 committed to the pot in the cutoff and was facing a raise to 9,000 by a player in early position. Prokopchuk called.

The dealer spread the {10-Hearts}{8-Diamonds}{5-Spades} flop and the early position player bet 6,500. Prokopchuk then raised to 16,700, and his opponent put in another raise to 26,700. Prokopchuk moved all in, and his opponent quickly folded to concede the raising war.

"If you were bluffing, would you show it?" asked Brock Wilson at the table. Prokopchuk only shrugged as he stacked up his new chips.

Chua Doesn't Show

Niveau 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

Raminder Singh bet 1,600 on the {a-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{10-Diamonds} flop and Ryan Chua called to see the {j-Hearts} on the turn.

Singh bet another 3,200 before Chua put in a raise to 10,000. Singh quickly called as the {10-Hearts} fell on the river.

Chua now moved all in for 23,400, sending Singh into the tank for several minutes. He eventually decided to fold.

"Show one time," he told Chua, but Chua returned his cards face down to the dealer. "See, they don't show," Singh said to a tablemate.

"If you don't call within a half-second, I want a call," Chua said as he gave a hint about his hand.

Brobyn Gets a Shove Through

Niveau 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

At the table where Jamie Kerstetter had just sat down at, the action was on the river as the board read {7-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{4-Diamonds}{9-Clubs}{7-Diamonds}.

The pot was about 19,000 and Robert Brobyn shoved all in from middle position, covering his opponent on his left who had about 27,000 left behind. His opponent considered it for several moments before he folded, saying he folded a straight.

Wilson Loses Some Ground

Niveau 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

A player opened to 1,000 from under the gun and was called by Brock Wilson one seat over as well the cutoff and big blind.

All four players checked on a flop of {4-Hearts}{k-Clubs}{10-Hearts} and did the same following the {4-Spades} turn. On the {7-Hearts} river the big blind checked for a third time while the under-the-gun player led out for 3,000. Wilson pondered for some time but ended up making the call as did the cutoff.

The big blind released his hand and the under-the-gun player flipped over {q-Clubs}{q-Spades}. Wilson, with a smile on his face as he looked at the board, mucked to lose a small pot. Since having a quick start to the day, Wilson has lost some of that initial momentum although he is still sitting on an above-average stack.

Friedman Shoves on Akkari

Niveau 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

With over 25,000 in the middle on a {j-Spades}{8-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} completed board, Andre Akkari checked in early position and Prahlad Friedman moved all in for approximately 29,000.

Akkari thought about it and took a sip of his drink, but ultimately practiced avoidance and folded his hand to avoid potentially doubling his opponent, while Friedman took the pot to add to his stack.

Oya Felts One

Niveau 3 : Blinds 200/400, 400 ante

A short-stacked player was already all in and standing up as the board read {8-Clubs}{6-Hearts}{9-Spades}{3-Spades}. Masashi Oya and one other player were contesting the hand. They both deliberately checked to the river, which was the {2-Hearts}.

Oya tossed out a bet of 15,000 into a pot of 13,000. His opponent folded after a moment. Oya tabled the {7-Hearts}{7-Spades} which eliminated the short-stacked player who flipped over the {4-}{3-} and walked out of the room.
