The first level of the day saw a lot of action and interesting hands. Steven Stolzenfeld's trip kings ran down queens, Daniela Rodriguez and dog "Nala" found some early run good, and Jake Schwartz nearly found a big pot but was forced to settle with a chop.

as Cleeton bet 1,000. Wade raised to 2,000 from the big blind and Cleeton called.

with a pot around 12,000. Farah Galfond, in the small blind, sent a bet worth 7,000 and Igor Yaroshevskyy thought about it for a minute and made the call.
The river revealed the
and Galfond quickly sent 15,000. Yaroshevskyy went deep into the tank and ended up releasing his cards into the muck after a few minutes.
The middle position player opened to 1,000 and was called by Joe Mckeehen from the next seat over. Sung Keem three-bet to 3,300 from the cutoff and both opponents called.

flop and he bet 1,600 which prompted two quick folds for him to take down the pot.

on the river. Jake Daniels was facing a bet of 27,000 from his opponent.
Daniels considered it for a while before calling. His opponent did not even show as he mucked and Daniels was able to win the substantial pot .
Hossein Ensan opened from under the gun to 600 and was called by Eric Lescot in the hijack. The button three-bet to 2,500 and both Ensan and Lescot called.

and it checked to the button who continued for 2,700. Ensan called and Lescott raised to 6,000. The button folded and Ensan called.
The turn was the
and Lescot beefed it up to 11,000. Ensan decided to raise and flick in his green chip worth 25,000. Lescot instantly moved all in and Ensan immediately folded.
Despite a nice early start to the day, this losing hand dropped the 2019 WSOP Main Event champion down to around 40,000.
