Scotter Clark, dressed as a pirate, opened the action to 800 from middle position. The cutoff called and Alexandre Servies came along from the big blind.

The flop came {a-Hearts}{j-Diamonds}{4-Hearts} and Servies checked. Clark bet out 1,000 and only Servies made the call. On the {6-Diamonds} turn both players checked their option.

The river came the {9-Clubs} and again both checked. Clark rolled over {k-Diamonds}{j-Clubs} for flopped middle pair and Servies mucked sending the loot to Clark the pirate.

Boghean Puts Opponent To Ultimate Test

Niveau 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

With 42,000 in the middle on a board of {8-Hearts}{4-Spades}{q-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{j-Spades}, Andrei Boghean in the small blind moved a stack of chips forward which was enough to put his opponent in the hijack at risk of elimination.

After being deep in the tank for at least three minutes the hijack decided not to put their remaining 27,000 chips in the middle and Boghean was awarded a big pot.

Sixes Good for Lactaoen

Niveau 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Justin Petersen raised to 1,100 in the cutoff and both the small blind and Jon Lactaoen made the call.

The dealer fanned a flop of {9-Clubs}{3-Clubs}{3-Diamonds} and all three players quickly checked.

The {8-Spades} hit the turn and once the small blind checked, Lactaoen tossed out a bet of 1,600. Only Petersen made the call.

The {j-Spades} completed the board and neither player made a bet. Lactaoen tabled {6-Hearts}{6-Clubs} and it was good to take down the pot.

Brandon Schwartz opened to 900 from middle position and was called by Adam Friedman in the small blind.

Friedman check-called a bet of 1,100 on the {j-Spades}{10-Diamonds}{2-Diamonds} flop before action checked through on the {4-Hearts} turn.

Friedman checked again on the {k-Clubs} river and gave it up after his opponent bet 2,000.

Straight Good For Saout

Niveau 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Antoine Saout opened to 800 from early position and received a single call from Stefan Schillhabel out of the big blind.

Both players checked through the {j-Diamonds}{7-Hearts}{4-Diamonds} flop and {5-Diamonds} turn to the {3-Hearts} river. Schillhabel then led out for 1,600 and was snap-called by Saout, who showed down {a-Clubs}{2-Clubs} for the straight, a hand Schillhabel could not beat.

The flop came {5-Diamonds}{k-Diamonds}{7-Clubs} and Corrigan continued for 1,200. The under-the-gun player called.

On the {5-Clubs} turn, Corrigan sized up to 5,000 on the double-suited board. His opponent thought about it for a few seconds before laying his hand down.

Corrigan has had a very enjoyable 2022 WSOP, finishing 14th in the $1,500 Monster Stack and reaching the final table of the $2,000 No-Limit Event #49.

Face Off Between Holz and Demidov

Niveau 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Ivan Demidov raised from under the gun to 500 and received a call from Fedor Holz in early position. The rest of the table folded and the dealer spread the flop {k-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{4-Clubs}. Demidov bet 1,000 and Holz snap called.

On the {6-Clubs} turn, Demidov checked to Holz who bet 3,000. After some time in the tank, Demidov decided to call.

The {5-Diamonds} on the river had Demidov once again checking to Holz who bet 10,500. Demidov went back in to the tank for a few minutes before finally deciding to fold.
