Niveau 16 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

In a bloated pot on a {j-Clubs}{8-Spades}{6-Diamonds}{j-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} completed board, John Eames was in the small blind and contemplating a decision for his remaining stack of approximately 380,000 chips against Julian Milliard-Feral on the button. After some time, Eames put in the chips.

Milliard-Feral flashed his cards before turning them back over as Eames tabled {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs} to claim the pot and keep his tournament life alive.

"Good call, tough call," a player at the table noted. "Tough either way."

Koray Aldemir and Irfan Karajic were heading to a river in a heads-up pot with 125,000 up for grabs. The board read {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs}{5-Spades}{10-Clubs} and the {a-Diamonds} had just hit the river.

Aldemir led for a very small bet of 10,000 from under the gun. Karajic raised to 36,000. Aldemir thought for a bit before reluctantly tossing in the call.

Karajic showed {k-Spades}{10-Spades} but Aldemir had that beat with {j-Clubs}{j-Spades} for the winner.

Shak Eliminated, Executioner Draws Glares with Celebration

Niveau 16 : Blinds 4,000/8,000, 8,000 ante

Dan Shak opened to 23,000 in late position and was three-bet to 78,000 by Phuoc Nguyen in the big blind.

Shak then moved all in for 325,000. Nguyen took his time before deciding to call to put Shak at risk.

Dan Shak: {a-Clubs}{k-Clubs}
Phuoc Nguyen: {q-Diamonds}{q-Clubs}

The board ran out {9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts}{7-Spades}{3-Spades}{5-Spades}, and Nguyen exuberantly jumped up and clapped, saying "you gotta go," as Shak gathered his belongings.

Shak handled his opponent's celebration well, with his tablemates showing support and telling Nguyen that his celebration and comments were excessive and that he should respect his opponents.

Nguyen said he didn't mean anything by it and apologized, but eyes will definitely be on him in any large future pots.
