Adams Finds a Diamond on the River
Niveau 6
: Blinds 300/600, 600 ante
The under-the-gun player opened the pot to 1,500 and saw three callers come along to a flop of A♦Q♠5♦.
Action checked to Carolyn Adams, who made it 2,000 before seeing the button raise it to 6,000. Action folded back to Adams who put in calling chips to see a 7♥ turn card.
Adams check-called a bet of 8,000 from the button before seeing the 3♦ fall on the river. Adams led out 8,000 and the button callied immediately to see the bad news, as Adams turned over K♦Q♦ for the nut flush.
