Niveau 35
: Blinds 250,000/500,000, 500,000 ante
Joseph Altomonte raised under the gun to 1,200,000 and Kevin Rand called in the hijack.
On the J♠4♥2♠ flop, Altomonte bet 1,700,000 and Rand announced pot, getting all of his chips in the middle and Altomonte called.
Kevin Rand: A♠10♣6♥3♠
Joseph Altomonte: Q♥Q♠10♠4♣
Rand had flopped a gutshot straight draw and the nut-flush draw but the 2♥ turn and 6♦ river were no help as he was eliminated in 9th place.
