A short-stacked Joshua Faris was all in on fifth street with a pair of fives against Max Kruse's pair of threes. Faris would remain ahead until seventh street when Kruse picked up a second pair of fours to take the hand and eliminate Faris.

James Paluszek raised Humberto Brenes' bring in and Brenes called. Paluszek led out again on fourth and fifth. When Brenes made an open pair of fours, he bet and Paluszek called. "Last card!" Brenes requested of the dealer.
Having seemingly had his wish answered, Brenes bet again on the river. "I told you, last card!"
After their cards were spread out, Paluszek looked at them in disbelief, discovering that Brenes also had a flush, and Paluszek's was better. "When you said, 'Last card' I thought you had a full house," he exclaimed.
"My gosh!" Brenes repeated several times, also in disbelief.

After the floor had rectified a misdeal by redistributing the cards where they went, Daniel Negreanu raised with his new J♦. Amir Mirrasouli called. Negreanu checked on fourth street, before leading out on fifth. He bet again on sixth and seventh before revealing his two pair of kings and queens.
"I wanted to make it a misdeal and I end up winning the pot!" joked Negreanu.
