Joseph Lebrun opened the pot to 1,200 from middle position, finding callers in both the button and the big blind. Three to a flop of 1073, Lebrun was checked to and continued for 1,600. Both players called and they went to a turn.

The 6 fell and the action checked through, all three players arriving at the Q on the river. Again, checked to Lebrun who bet out 4,100. The button folded but the big blind mulled over his decision before flicking in the call. Lebrun tabled JJ and his opponent mucked.

Roussel Puts Moran in Tricky River Spot

Stanislas Roussel in middle position raised to 1,300 and it folded around to Daniel Moran on the button, who three-bet to 3,500. Roussel four-bet to 10,000 and Moran called.

The flop came 8105 and saw both players check the hand through to the 9 on the turn. Roussel took the lead and bet out for 7,500. Moran called.

The J on the river put a four straight on board and Roussel jammed for 10,300. Moran went into the tank agonizing over his decision before finally folding.
