Oya Finds a Lucky River
Niveau 12
: Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
Masashi Oya and David Coleman had all of their chips in the middle on the flop of Q♣8♥2♣. Oya was the player at risk for 240,000 and required some help on the runout.
Masashi Oya: A♥8♣
David Coleman: A♣A♦
Oya flopped a pair of eights but the pocket aces of Coleman were still well out front. The 6♥ on the turn changed nothing but it was the 8♦ on the river that sprung Oya from his seat in excitement.
