The turn came the 5♦ and Collopy bet into the side pot. Pan took his time before calling as the 9♣ fell on the river, where Pan called another bet.
"Nut, nut," Collopy said, turning over A♥3♣6♥K♣ for the straight and the low. Obst had 5♥6♦Q♥9♥ and shook the hands of his former tablemates on his way to the exit.
"I've been playing with him for 17 years," Collopy said after Obst left the table.
