Kost Cracks Aces on the River
Niveau 35
: Blinds 150,000/300,000, 0 ante
Jim Collopy three-bet before the flop and Nick Kost called.
The flop came 3♦8♣10♠ and Collopy continued with a bet. Kost called to see the Q♦ turn, where he called another bet.
The 3♠ fell on the river and Collopy bet again. Kost now came back with a raise and Collopy called.
Kost showed K♥J♥3♣2♦ for trip threes on the river and Collopy flung his hands in the air in frustration as he mucked A♠A♦.
"You had the nuts. I had to get lucky on you sometime after all the rivers you've hit," Kost told him following the hand.
