Three Pocket Pairs Battle
Niveau 12
: Blinds 2,000/3,000, 3,000 ante
Sayoko Matsumoto bet 15,000 on a flop of 4♣5♦5♣ from the small blind. Emil Block called from the big blind. The player in the cutoff then reraised all in for 44,000. Both Matsumoto and Block called.
The 2♥ turn and 9♦ river brought only checks from the two players with chips remaining. The cutoff showed J♦J♠ and Block turned over 10♠10♣. Matsumoto then revealed A♠A♦ to take down the huge pot, eliminating her opponent in the cutoff.
