Swan Wins a Big Pot; Seo Departs

On the tail end of a three-way pot to the A♣10♦6♣9♦A♠ river, John Reading in the big blind bet 110,000. Adam Swan raised to 325,000 to force out the third player in the hand. Reading tank-called and couldn't beat the A♦K♦ of Swan.

At the same time one table over, the turn showed 9♥6♦3♥ and Moonho Seo bet out of the big blind with a stack of around 600,000. Trace Henderson jammed all in from the hijack with the covering stack and Seo called.

Seo needed a jack to survive in the tournament but the 2♥ river only improved his opponent.

Reard Doubles Through Ahuja

Three ways to the A♥6♣4♣ flop, Dinesh Alt and Alexandre Reard checked out of the blinds. Ankit Ahuja bet 105,000 for Alt to fold. Reard in the big blind check-jammed for 435,000 and Ahuja called after brief consideration.

Farrell Stacks Gheba in Cooler Hand

WSOP bracelet winner Niall Farrell and Daniyal Gheba were involved in a hand, and it played itself.

Farrell raised in early position before the flop and was called by Gheba, and the rest of the table folded.

The dealer placed K♥5♥K♦ on the board, which Farrell bet. Gheba raised to 260,000, leaving approximately 300,000 behind, and Farrell called. The turn brought 2♦, which both players checked to lead J♠ on the river.

Farrell checked, and then Gheba went in the tank for up to a minute. He then counted out his chips, stacked them as one and moved all in. Farrell immediately called and tabled A♦K♠ for trip kings with top kicker, while Gheba showed K♣10♣ as he stood and gathered his belongings.

Ding Catches Konakchiev Bluffing

Joining the action on the K♥10♥7♣2♦ turn, Biao Ding checked and then called a bet worth 250,000 by Valentino Konakchiev from one seat over in the under-the-gun position. The 6♣ fell on the river and Ding checked again. Konakchiev now bet 640,000 and Ding called after very brief consideration.

Konakchiev tabled his Q♣J♦ and then mucked it instantly when he was shown the J♠10♣ for a pair of tens by Ding.
