Lamb Hits the River, Halverson Misses Everything
Niveau 11
: Blinds 8,000/16,000, 16,000 ante
In a blind versus blind confrontation and already more than 100,000 in the pot, Ben Lamb bet 40,000 on a flop of 5♥5♠6♥ and Mitchell Halverson called.
The turn came the A♣ and Lamb bet another 75,000. Halverson quickly called once more as the 7♦ fell on the river.
Lamb this time slowed down and checked, and Halverson checked behind. Lamb turned over Q♥7♣ for two pair on the river and Halverson tossed his K♥J♥ into the muck in frustration, having missed his flush draw.
