Both blinds took one card while Gerhart asked for two on the initial draw. The small blind then checked before folding after the big blind bet.
On the following two draws the big blind stood pat while Gerhart took one card. After the final draw, Gerhart showed down 8♦4♣3♥A♦ which was handily beaten by his opponent's 8♣7♦4♠2♥ to send the mixed game specialist to the rail.
Shortly after his bustout, Gerhart was seen re-entering the tournament.
