Nick Schulman raised from early position before Nozomu Shimizu three-bet and Kevin Song committed his last chips from the big blind. Action was three ways and Song was at risk for 55,000.

The flop was 7♣4♦9♦ and Shimizu bet. Schulman called and the turn was 3♦.

Both players checked the turn to see 9♠on the river. Shimizu bet and Schulman folded before the cards were turned up to determine Song's fate. Shimizu flipped over K♥9♦ for three nines and Song slowly peeled the 6♠3♥ to end his tournament run. Song bows out in eighth place for $37,967.
