A Chop and More for Chen
Niveau 21
: Limits 40,000/80,000, 0 ante
Johannes Becker check-called a bet by James Chen on the 8♦6♣2♠ flop and check-raised the A♠ turn for Chen to come along. Becker bet the J♣ river and Chen raised to earn a sigh-call from his opponent.
Chen revealed the A♦A♣K♣10♠ for a set of aces and Becker took the low with the Q♥9♦4♣3♠.
One hand later, James Obst raised first to act and Chen defended the big blind. He check-called a K♥8♥7♥ flop and the J♠ turn was checked. Chen bet the 7♣ river and Obst folded.
