Deuces Never Loses

Niveau 15 : Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante

A player in late position opened to 12,000 and Ryan Peters went all-in from the Button for just over 90,000. The player in the big blind called, putting Peters at risk and the player in late position got out of the way making it heads up to a flop.

Peters: 22
Button: 77

Peters was in bad shape against the better pocket pair, and the 346 provided no help. When the 8 came on the turn Peters had already stood up from his seat and was ready to leave. That changed quickly when the river came the 2. Peters had spiked a set on the river to score the double up over his opponent's higher pocket pair.
