Peruzzi Spikes a Set to Nearly Double Up

Niveau 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Action started on a middle position player preflop, as it was raised to 800 with a caller behind. Daniel Peruzzi three bet to 2,200 and both players called this raise to see the flop.

The flop came 238 and the first player opted to check. Second to act raised 3,800 as Peruzzi and first to act both called.

A possible flush was completed, as the turn card was the 10. The first player raised to 7,000, leaving Peruzzi to call for a heads-up pot.

Little changes as the river peeled off the 4. Both players checked with the initial better showing 3x5x with one spade. Peruzzi turned over 88 for a flopped set and took down the 33,000 pot.

With this win, Peruzzi was sitting comfortably at 72,500.

Meade Puts in The Warm Four Bet

Niveau 2 : Blinds 200/300, 300 ante

Jeremy Meade opened from middle position to 500 and got one caller before facing a cold three-bet from the cutoff to 2,200.

The blinds get out of the way and when it was back on Meade, he didn't think for too long before putting in the warm four-bet to the tune of 6,000. The caller in-between got out of the way and it was back on the cutoff.

The three-bettor thought for a bit and didn't look too happy before returning his cards to the dealer and taping the table to say nice hand.

Meade dragged the pot and showed that he had the goods as he tabled KK.
