Hallay Spikes The Turn For a Bounty
Niveau 17
: Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Axel Hallay limped under the gun. Michael Jozoff was to his immediate left and raised to 40,000. Hallay called.
The flop came 2♣2♥8♠. Once checked to, Jozoff continued for 25,000. In response, Hallay raised to 75,000 and Jozoff went into the tank.
After some time, Jozoff decided to three-bet all in and Hallay called.
Michael Jozoff: J♥J♦
Axel Hallay: 9♣8♣
The turn came the 8♦. Hallay's turned trips pulled ahead against the overpair of Jozoff. The 6♠ changed nothing and Jozoff was eliminated.
