Kost Misses the River, Zyrin Scores a Knockout
Niveau 9
Pot-Limit Omaha
Nick Kost raised to 2,200 and Jake Schwartz called in the cutoff, as did big blind Anatolii Zyrin.
The flop came 8♣9♥J♣ and Zyrin led out for 5,500. Only Kost called to see the 7♦ turn.
Zyrin now checked and Kost potted to 18,800. Zyrin now moved all in and Kost called for 26,000 with 6♥A♣9♣7♠ for two pair and the nut flush draw.
Zyrin had 8♠10♣3♠4♣ for a straight and held on through the 5♦ river as Kost made a hasty exit from the tournament.
