The turn peeled the 8♣ with Christian Roberts having led out for 10,000. Matthew Lambrecht made a quick call.

With the 9♦ on the river, Roberts opted to check. Lambrecht bet 15,000 with Roberts having folded after carefully considering a call.

Truong Drags A Big One

Action folded to the button who raised to 8,000. Patrick Truong came in for a three-bet to 30,000 and without wasting much time, the big blind four-bet jammed for 120,000.

The button folded to Truong who quickly took one last look at his cards before moving chips forward and turning over his hand in one simultaneous movement to put the big blind at risk and headed to a runout.

Barbero Finds Magic Runout To Stay Alive

Nacho Barbero opened the action to 9,000 from under the gun and it folded around to the big blind who made the call.

The flop came J♥8♦3♠ and the big blind checked to Barbero who continued for 11,000. The big blind put in a check-raise to 27,000 and Barbero took a few seconds before moving all in for 111,000 total. The big blind snap-called with a bigger stack and the cards were shown.

The big blind trapped Barbero and had him in rough shape. The turn fell the K♥ to give Barbero more hope with a flush draw to go along with his pair of eights. The river fell the 8♣ giving Barbero the lucky eight he was looking for to score the pot and massive double up just before the last level of the night.

Zheng Plays it Perfectly to Chip Up
