Chip leader James Obst bet the 6♠4♣3♦10♥ turn and then called a raise by Freddy Deeb before he check-called the 3♣ on the river. Obst tabled his Q♠8♠7♦5♠ for a seven-high straight with a seven low but had to settle for half, as Deeb had the nut low with the A♣J♠3♥2♣.
One hand later, two bets went in after the 10♠7♦3♦ flop between Obst and Dan Cates. The 9♠ turn was checked behind by Cates and Obst bet the 6♦ on the river. Cates raised it up and forced a fold.
