Ostapchenko Puts Pressure River

Andrew Ostapchenko opened under the gun for 400 and it folded to the big blind who raised it to 1,500. Ostapchenko quickly made the call and both players checked on the 267 flop.

A Q appeared on the turn and this time the big blind led out for 2,000, which Ostapchenko called.

The 2 paired the board on the river and the big blind sent 5,500 in the middle. Ostapchenko though about his move for a minute and fired 31,000, with 6,000 chips left behind. It didn't take long for his opponent to let it go.

Both players checked the 56A flop leading to the 8 on the turn. Heinzl bet 600 and received a call from his opponent.

The river was the 4. Heinzl check-called a 600 bet from his opponent, who showed 88 for a flopped set. Heinzl tabled A7 for a flopped top-pair that rivered a straight and took down an early pot.
