Couden Scoops With a Flush

Zhen Cai limped in as Joey Couden came along in the small blind and Shaun Deeb checked his option.

The flop came 398 and action checked to Cai, who bet 300,000. Couden called while Deeb got out of the way.

Couden led out for 1,000,000 on the 10 turn and Cai tanked for about a minute before he cut out the chips to call and slid them into the middle.

The river came the 7 and Couden quickly checked. Cai spent another few moments tanking before he tapped a chip on the felt.

Couden opened up K952 for a flush and a low and Cai mucked, claiming he had Jx7x.

Couden Scoops Deeb

Shaun Deeb raised 200,000 in late position and got called by William Leffingwell on the button and Joey Couden in the big blind leading to a 394 flop.

All three players checked and saw the 6 hit the turn. Action checked through once more before the dealer put the 9 out on the river.

Couden led out for the first time of the hand for a bet of 275,000. Deeb thought briefly before raising to 700,000. Leffingwell folded and Couden made the quick call and turned up the AJJ75 which was good enough to scoop the J6542 of Deeb.

Leffingwell Gets Three-Quarters

Leffingwell checked to Couden who bet. Leffingwell called and the dealer burned and turned the 5.

Action checked through to the 8 river card.

Leffingwell tossed out a bet and Couden quickly called and turned over the A984 to Leffingwell's A853.

Couden and Leffingwell chopped the high side with aces and eights, but Leffingwell took the low side with the A3, leaving Couden quartered as Leffingwell collected the bulk of the pot.

Joey Couden raised to 200,000 from under the gun, then called when Raj Vohra moved all in for 595,000 in the small blind.

"That's a really good flop for you," Shaun Deeb said Vohra flopped top set on 6KQ. The board ran out A9 and Vohra doubled up.

"Raj is the best all-in player. Sucks postflop," Deeb added.

"I didn't want to bust you. You're the player I want to go heads-up with," Couden said to Vohra.

A few hands later, Zhen Cai bet 400,000 on a flop of 5106, then called when Vohra again moved all in.

Vohra had A332 and improved to a set on the 3 turn, but Cai, holding A1052, hit a flush on the Q river to chop the pot.

Deeb folded and cai made the call to see the river come 4.

Action checked through to showdown and Cai showed the AK76 for two pair with a low. Couden checked his cards one last time and tossed them into the muck face down, sending the pot in Cai's direction.

Zhen Cai raised to 175,000 from the button and William Leffingwell called in the small blind before Raj Vohra pushed all in for 635,000. Cai called, as did Leffingwell.

"We got a pot," Vohra called out to his rail as Leffingwell and Cai checked down the 748KJ board.

Leffingwell showed K8432 for two pair, kings and fours, to take the high, while Vohra had AJ1082 for the low as they chopped up Cai's contributions to the pot.
