Tran Doubles Through Savoy
Niveau 17
Seven Card Stud
Phuong Tran: 2♦3♦/10♦A♣4♥2♥/5♦
Stephen Savoy: 4♠5♣/6♣J♥2♠8♠/Xx
Tran completed and Savoy called. Tran then bet her final 4,500 on fourth street and Savoy called.
Both players remarked that they did not have much of a hand, and would be drawing. Tran paired her deuce on sixth street, which had her in the lead with one card to come. Savoy turned over the 9♥, meaning Tran's pairs of deuces were good. Her final card was a 5♦, which improved her hand but was unnecessary.
