Run Bad Chad Takes it on the Chin
Niveau 18
: Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante
Chad Olivera, who earlier lost with aces full to runner-runner quads, thought his luck had changed when he got all his chips in against Leonard Clementi
Chad Olivera: A♥A♣
Leonard Clementi: 6♥6♦
The board ran out 2♠J♦K♣3♥ and Olivera looked nailed on for a double up — but a 6♣ on the river ended his tournament in the cruelest way.
Seemingly unfazed, Olivera stood up, shrugged and smiled --- and made his way to the payout desk.
