Monette Falls to Okamura in Four-Way Collision
Motoyoshi Okamura raised to 10,000 from early position and received a call from John Monnette in middle position. George Abi-Zeid raised to 40,000 from the hijack and was called by William Kopp in the button as well as both Okamura and Monnette, creating a gargantuan pot heading into the flop.
The flop came 7♠5♥7♣. Okamura and Monnette checked. Abi-Zeid bet 65,000 and Kopp made the fold. Okamura raised all in for 232,000 and was called by Monnette who had slightly less. Abi-Zeid got out of the way, leaving Okamura heads up against Monnette who was at risk.
