The flop came 9♠6♥4♣ and Geci continued for 35,000. The player in early position folded and Garza called.

The turn came the 2♣ and Geci put in the rest of his stack, approximately 10,400. Garza called.

An Apple A Day Doesn't Keep Hughes Away

The early position player opened to 2,000, and Ray Henson called from the cutoff. The button, who had just started eating an apple, squeezed to 9,200. Ryan Hughes called from the small blind before the original raiser, and Henson got out of the way.

The flop and turn checked through to the river for the final board to show 10♣6♣2♠Q♥5♦.

Hughes bet out 20,000, which sent the button into some thought. He continued to take chunks out of his apple and as he came to the end of his snack, he folded.

Foxen's Fourth Pair is Good

Alex Foxen raised from the cutoff to 2,000 and a player in the big blind defended.

The flop came A♥8♥K♣. The big blind check-called a bet of 3,900 from Foxen and they went to the turn.

The 2♦ saw a repeat of the action, this time Foxen betting 13,000.

The 6♠ on the river checked through to a showdown. "You win" announced the big blind as the hands were shown.

Both players laughed with surprise as Foxen managed to rake in this pot with just a pair of sixes.

Action was picked up three-way on the river with roughly 30,000 in the pot and the board reading 9♠A♠2♠6♣8♦. Alex Foxen bet 28,000, prompting one opponent in the small blind to fold. His other opponent in the big blind made the call.

Foxen tabled K♠7♥7♣5♠ for the nuts while his opponent showed a queen-high flush for the second nuts before conceding the pot.

Brewer Gives Rheem His Footlong

Chino Rheem limped in from under the gun as did Bryan Micon on his direct left. Chris Brewer tagged along from middle position before the small blind completed and the big blind checked.

Action checked all the way down to showdown for the final board to read A♥9♥3♥A♦5♠.

"I win," said Rheem as he tabled his Q♥Q♦5♥2♦ for a flopped flush. His opponents mucked, and he took in the pot.

As the hand was playing out, Brewer had a couple of footlong subways delivered to his table and was kind enough to give Rheem one of the sandwiches.

Eychenne Looks for Value From Seiver

With the board reading K♦10♠8♠J♠4♣ three players remained in the pot.

Scott Seiver in the big blind checked the action to Thomas Eychenne in early position who bet out 2,500 on the river. The player in the middle position folded and the decision was on Seiver.

Seiver toyed with both his chips and his cards before finally deciding to call. Eychenne showed A♥A♦9♠6♠ for a nine-high flush winning him this pot.

Two Streets of Value for Voreland

Action was picked up three-way on the flop with the board reading Q♣J♥5♠. A player in early position checked, Scott Seiver checked in middle postion, and Benjamin Voreland checked in the hijack.

The turn came the 4♠ and action was checked back to Voreland in position, who bet 5,000, receiving a call from both the early position player and Seiver.

The river came the 8♠. Once again both the early position player and Seiver checked. Voreland fired again, this time for 16,000. The early position player folded and Scott Seiver was in the tank.

With a slightly pained expression on his face Seiver ultimately made the call after some thought.

Voreland showed A♠K♠10♣6♣ for the second-nuts to seize the pot and add to his stack.

Will This Be the Biggest WSOP PLO Championship Ever?

The $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Championship currently has 634 entries as it enters it's sixth level, with five more hours of play scheduled for Day 1.

The attendance record for the event is 683 entries, which set the bar last summer.

This year's edition is only 50 away from breaking the record, and with late registration open until the start of Day 2, it is expected to be the biggest WSOP PLO Championship of all time.
