Both Livingston and Shack-Harris called to fourth, where Shack-Harris bet. Yoon now raised and Livingston folded after a brief tank.
Shack-Harris, though, reraised and Yoon called. Both players checked through to seventh street.
Shack-Harris now resumed betting and Yoon gave it some thought before mucking.
"That was a classic Razz hand," tablemate Ben Yu said following the hand.
