Burritt's Roller Coaster Ride
Niveau 16
: Blinds 3,000/6,000, 6,000 ante
Lakshmi Narasimha was heads up with David Burritt after the 10♥2♥4♠ flop, checking the action to his left. Burritt slid out a bet of 50,000 which Narasimha called.
Both players checked the 8♥ turn before Narasimha led out for 55,000 on the J♠ river.
Burritt took some time before making the call, showing Q♣Q♦ for top pair. Narasimha turned over A♥K♥ for the flush, taking much of Burritt's stack.
Burritt's fortunes changed on the very next hand, as his K♥10♥ spiked a pair on the flop against 10♣10♦ to double back up.
