Hazdovac Cracks Aces and Gets Massive Double Up
Niveau 21
: Blinds 10,000/20,000, 20,000 ante
There was 110,000 in the middle on a flop of Q♦8♠3♠ and Mark Gerecke bet 130,000 from the small blind. Nina Hazdovac in the big blind made the call while Robert Whalen on the button opted to fold.
Gerecke checked the K♣ turn which invited Hazdovac to bet 150,000, which was called by Gerecke.
The 7♠ came on the river and Gerecke grabbed a handful of 100,000 lavenders and bet enough to put Hazdovac all in for 350,000. Hazdovac made the call.
Gerecke turned over A♦A♥, but was beaten by Hazdovac's K♦Q♣ for two pair and secured a huge double up.
