Marks Nearly Cracks Wickersheim's Kings

Niveau 19 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Kevin Wickersheim led out from middle position on the Q104A board, making the call when Alan Marks moved all in to his left.

Alan Marks: KJ
Kevin Wickersheim: KK

Wickersheim's kings were behind Marks' turned straight, with players at the table realizing that a jack would chop the pot. The river J did just that, as Marks was denied the double up while Wickersheim escaped with a chop.

Niveau 19 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

After an open and three-bet, Steve Bierman bumped up the action to 200,000. Jimmie James called on the button before Craig Jones announced all in for around 700,000.

Bierman took a few minutes before laying down his hand, followed by James. Jones added a significant amount to his stack without seeing a flop.

Shiedt Finds the Flush

Niveau 19 : Blinds 6,000/12,000, 12,000 ante

Enoch Shiedt opened to 38,000 and the action folded to Massoud Eskandari in the cutoff, who made the call. The rest of the table folded before the 644 flop.

Shiedt led out for 50,000 and Eskandari called to see the 5 turn. Shiedt opted to check before calling a bet of 100,000 from Eskandari.

Shiedt then led out again on the 3 river, getting called instantly by Eskandari who turned over A2 for a straight. Shiedt turned over KJ for a flush, taking down a sizeable pot.

Daniels Fires the River

Niveau 18 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Kevin Daniels limped in early position, followed by David Stamm in middle position. Christian Guittier called in the small blind with Arnon Graham checking his option, as the action was four-way to the flop.

All four players checked the 1095 flop before Guittier led out for 25,000 after the Q turn. Only Daniels came along to the 7 river, where Guittier checked.

Daniels fired 75,000 to take down the pot as Guittier mucked.

James Sends Opponent to the Rail

Niveau 18 : Blinds 5,000/10,000, 10,000 ante

Jimmie James bet 23,000 from early position and was called by the cutoff. The button moved all in for 221,000 and was called by James and the cutoff folded.

Button: 99
Jimmie James: AK

A classic race that was won by James after the board K86A4 gave James top two pair to eliminate the button and move up the chip standings.
