There was 560,000 in the middle on the flop of J♥9♠6♠ and Massoud Eskandari in the small blind moved all in for 740,000. Robert Whalen went into the tank and then said "All right, lets gamble!" and made the call.

Eskandari was ahead, but Whalen could hit an ace or a spade for a flush to win the hand. The Q♦ came on the turn, and Eskandari pleaded with the dealer for a red card. His wish was granted, but it was the A♦.

Eskandari was so focused on dodging a spade he celebrated for a couple of seconds before realizing his kings had been cracked by a pair of aces. Whalen collected in a massive pot, while Eskandari headed to the pay cage.

Martini, in the big blind, bet 400,000 and Davoudzadeh tanked for several minutes in early position before he called.

The turn came the 6♦ and Martini fired out another 600,000. Davoudzadeh tanked again for a few minutes before sliding his cards into the middle.

Harding's Comeback Proves Short-Lived

Upcoming WSOP Circuit Schedule is Out; $1 Million Freeroll Returns

The schedule for the 2023-2024 World Series of Poker Circuit (WSOPC), which begins July 19, has been released, and it includes 25 stops over a 10-month period.

Circuit ring action kicks off in Durant, Oklahoma at the popular Choctaw Casino and Resort, one of the top poker rooms in the central United States. At the conclusion of the Circuit season, every player who won a ring throughout the year — live and online — will be automatically entered into the Tournament of Champions at the 2024 World Series of Poker (WSOP) in Las Vegas, which is a $1 million freeroll.
